- ✔ Max Temp: 450°F
- ✔ Container Sizes: 6-quart and 2.5-quart
Preparing Your Chicken Wings
Start by selecting fresh chicken wings and patting them dry with paper towels. For a flavorful marinade, mix together your favorite spices, a splash of hot sauce, and a touch of olive oil. Coat the wings evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor and tenderness.
Cooking with the Ninja Crispi Pro
- Place the marinated wings into the 6-quart glass container, spreading them out evenly for optimal crispiness.
- Select the ‘Max Crisp’ function on your Ninja Crispi Pro, set the temperature to 400°F, and cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through for even cooking.
- Use the included crisper plate for extra crispiness and to allow excess fat to drain away.
- Once done, use the ‘Recrisp’ function if needed to give the wings an extra crunch before serving.
Serving and Tips for Perfect Wings
Serve your crispy chicken wings hot with your favorite dips and sides. The glassware makes it easy to store leftovers or keep cooked wings warm before serving. For an added summer twist, toss the wings in a tangy barbecue or a cooling ranch sauce.
Tip: Use the 2.5-quart container to prepare smaller batches or to reheat leftovers for a quick, crispy snack during pool parties or barbecues.
Cleaning and Maintenance
After cooking, allow the glassware and crisper plates to cool before washing. The thermal shock resistant glass is durable and easy to clean—simply wash with warm, soapy water or place in the dishwasher. Keep the lids and components dry to maintain their leakproof and heat-resistant qualities for summer use.
